Hello, I'm Kamil Melesz, the founder and creative mind behind Melesh Studio. I've been a gamer since I was a child, both in the digital and board games. From a young age, I've also been passionate about modern technologies and the tools associated with them. I began my career in the banking sector, working for leading Polish banks as well as international institutions. My time in banking provided me with a wealth of sales knowledge and experience, but my natural creativity led me to pursue my own projects on the side, often simultaneously. I'm always eager to learn and explore new things, which is why I've expanded my knowledge into product creation, sales, and marketing. I have a deep understanding of consumer psychology and UX design.
Over a decade ago, I left the banking sector to work solely in the creative industry and social media as a freelancer. Since then, among others I've created several successful entertainment websites that have attracted tens of millions of visitors worldwide, generating billions of page views. I've produced countless viral content pieces that have garnered millions of shares and likes on Facebook, allowing me to develop a practical understanding of social media promotion. I conduct product, communication, and marketing audits for some of the largest brands in Poland, using my keen attention to detail and uncompromising nature to achieve the best results. Many of the people who know me well refer to me as a one-man army due to my diverse skill set and ability to take on multiple projects at once.
For the past few years I've been working with one of the oldest board game publishers in Poland, overseeing e-marketing activities and co-creating the international success of the Gutenberg game. My passion for board games is what inspired me to support the industry and create Melesh Studio.
